Tiny Help
Tiny Help is a response to the quiet vulnerability that comes with aging. Watching my parents navigate tasks that were once effortless—opening pill bottles, reading small print, steadying their grip—made me realize how easily we take physical independence for granted. A sculptural heart pierced by a scalpel, with a stethoscope pressed against it—listening to the weakening rhythm of an aging body. The piece explores the fragility we inherit with time and the medical interventions that both wound and monitor our decline. As I grow older alongside my parents, I've become more aware that aging isn't just about time passing—it's about the small, daily acts that become monumental.
